Admitted as a solicitor in 1988, John Gibson began his career at North Islington Law centre, where he specialised in juvenile crime and campaign work before being articles at Bindman and Partners.

He moved to Howells in 1988 and has continued to develop his specialism in criminal law over the last two decades. His particular areas of expertise include youth court work and large scale drugs prosecutions. Mary-Rose MacAdam

Mary Rose MacAdam BA (Hons)
Mary Rose completed her articles at Howells and joined as a solicitor in 1992, specialising in criminal law.

Prior to that, she worked at the Brighton Law Centre and in the Police and Public safety Unit at Brighton Borough Council. During her time in Brighton, she was heavily involved with the Brighton Law Centre Management Committee
