New role for Sharon

One of the top performing family law teams in the region has expanded its services with the recruitment of Sharon Lockwood.
Howells LLP’s family team was ranked excellent - the highest possible level - in a recent review carried out by the Legal Services Commission, and Sharon’s appointment brings additional expertise to the team.

A solicitor who has worked in family law for seven years, Sharon specialises in helping divorcing and separating couples settle disputes over finance and property, as well as disputes over children. 

She is accredited by Resolution – the professional organisation for family law – as a specialist family lawyer with particular specialisms in advanced financial provision and private children law.
 
“I moved to Sheffield recently because of my husband’s work and I was keen to find a job in a well-established firm with a good reputation and a commitment to family law,” said Sharon. “That’s exactly what Howells is and I’m delighted to have joined a team with such an excellent reputation for the quality of its work and its caring approach.”
