Karen Dhinsa BA (Hons)

 

Karen joined Howells in October 2008 and is currently working as a trainee solicitor. She developed a keen interest in Employment Law during her time studying for her LPC course, and hopes to develop a specialism within discrimination law.

 

Pam Kenworthy BA (Hons)

 

Pam was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and joined Howells as a partner in 1993. She specialises in handling disability discrimination cases, and has successfully pursued claims against national companies and against the Police.

 

During her career, Pam has worked as a consultant for the AMICUS trade union, where she provided support for employment rights representations. She also carries out disability rights training on behalf of Myways Training and Meadowhall.

 

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, The Discrimination Law Association, Stonewall, Lawyers for Liberty and a SQM supervisor for the Legal Services Commission
