When things go wrong at work, it can be really tough to cope. Maybe you’re being discriminated against or bullied, or maybe you’ve lost your job and feel you’ve been unfairly dismissed or selected for redundancy.
Whatever your problem, if you’re the employee – not the employer – we’ll do our best to help. You can ring us for a free initial interview and, if we think you may have a case, we’ll help you take it forward. You might even be eligible for public funding for your legal expenses and we’ll be able to advise you on how to get any financial support you’re entitled to.
If you have a low income, you may be entitled to free legal advice and We will assess you for this before starting work on your case.
We also have a weekly drop-in session for all employment issues – it’s from 1-4pm every Wednesday at our Bridge Street office. Our specialist employment team will be available to advise you.
