Crown Court and VHCC

Howells is one of only a small number of law firms to have been awarded a contract by the Legal Services Commission to conduct Very High Cost Cases (VHCC). This means we are able to undertake the most serious, lengthy and complex cases and are happy to accept referrals of these types of cases from other firms of solicitors.

We also have a growing Crown Court department with two higher rights advocates, meaning that we are not only able to undertake our own Crown Court advocacy, but can also offer an advocacy service to other solicitors.
